Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the US, and by USPS First Class to non-US locations. We charge a flat rate as follows:
Priority Mail, US – $6.25
First Class International, Canada – $8.75
First Class International, EU – $16.95
First Class International, Australia and New Zealand – $16.95
Most orders are shipped the day your order is received. We will contact you if an item is out of stock or if there is any other question about your order.
Orders are sent uninsured. Please contact us to arrange for insurance, if desired, or for any other special service such as overnight.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Minnesota address. Yarn is non-taxable in Minnesota.
Return Policy
Unused yarn in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable, except in case of error on our part.
Items other than yarn (patterns, needles, accessories) are not returnable. Sale items are not returnable.
